9/25/12 - Linda Sauter

Game two had 25 players. Before the break Maria M. flopped quad 5's and took the winning hand from Sean Robinson. By the break we were down to 15 players. Final table consisted of Michael Anderson, Dennis Mitchell, Heather Rein, William Yeung, Leonid Orlov, Bobby Videna, Maria M. and Linda Sauter. Dennis Mitchell went all in and was called by both Maria and Heather. Maria won with 2 pair, 10's and 5's narrowing the field down to 5. Later, Linda and Maria both went all in with Jack/10 and chopped. This was immediately followed by Maria and Bobby both going all in with Jack/10 again and chopping it again. Linda and Maria were heads up.

9/25/12 - Dennis Mitchell

First game of the evening had 24 players to begin the game with 7 players coming in late, giving us the biggest turn out of the season so far with 31 players. We had a few new players and saw some faces from the past, Claw Kelsay who first played with us at the Pig and Whistle, played in the first game. Also Michael Tinker and Emily Livingston attended the game, we have not seen them for at least a season. At the break we were down to 15 players. The final table consisted of Heather Rein, Anton Clark, one of the new players, Jeff Fors, Rick Gleason, Leonid Orlov, Dave Lee, Eric Noble and Dennis Mitchell. The blinds reached 5000 - 10,000 with Dennis Mitchell and Eric Noble heads up.

9/18/12 - Michael Lam

We lost a few players who had to make it an early night, and gained three new players, making game two begin with 23 players, too. It was nice to see a face from the past, Scott Hennes, who joined us for the late game. By the break we were down to 16 players. After the break Kirk Charles went all in with pocket tens who was called by new player, Ed Yue with ace king, who was called by Maria M with pocket nines, who was called by Bobby Videna with pocket queens. Four all-ins and the flop with king ace king, gave Ed Yue a full house. The turn card was a 9 and the river brought another ace, taking out both Charles and Videna and wounding Maria M. Final table consisted of Dave Chaung, Steve Ewing, Dan Lux, Linda Sauter, Sean Robinson, Ed Yue, William Darkow and Michael Lam. Darkow took out Sauter with pocket 5's, leaving four players. Lam's 8's full of queens took out Ed Yue's 8's full of jacks leaving Michael Lam and William Darkow heads up. Darkow's all in with king queen lost to Lam's ace six, giving Lam 2 pair and the win for game two.

9/18/12 - Sean Robinson

23 players started the first game of the night. Before the break, one of the more exciting hands saw Bryce Withrow's trip queens lose to Michael Lam's trip kings. By break there were 15 players remaining. Final table included Linda Sauter, Ian Ouimet, Dave Brummett, Glenn Pruiksma, Steve Ewing, Dave Lee, Michael Lam, and Sean Robinson. Ian Ouimet tried to prove the old adage of a "chip and a chair" by doubling up his single 100 chip to 200, then with pocket 7's winning 900, and finally up to 2400, but it wasn't enough ultimately. With only three players left, Michael Lam took out Dave Lee. Sean Robinson and Michael Lam were then heads up. Lam's King 8 won against Robinson's King 6, lessening Sean's chip stack, but Sean came back to win the first game.

9/11/12 - Michael Gifford

Game two saw the power of pocket kings take out Jeff Fors, with a back to back run in with the cowboys. Once defeating his pocket 7's and once defeating his pocket 8's. Final table consisted of Dave Brummett, who this time went out first at the final table, Michael Chapman, a new player, Dennis Mitchell, William Darkow, Steve Ewing, Kirk Charles, Glenn Pruiksma, and Michael Gifford. Glenn Pruiksma took out Kirk Charles with a set of two's, and was heads up with Michael Gifford.

9/11/12 - Dave Brummett

First game saw aces cracked twice. Once taking out new player, Jacob Sawyer and the second time taking out Michael Gifford. Final table consisted of Eric Noble, Glenn Pruiksma, Kevin West, William Darkow, Michael Anderson, Dennis Mitchell, Bill Osteen and Dave Brummett. Kevin West trying to imitate TV Poker dramatically and slowly dealt his own demise. Bill Osteen flopped a straight and took out Dennis Mitchell and Michael Anderson, leaving himself heads up with Dave Brummett.
